Standardizing with MicroStation V8
Four, 4 hour online classes — $600
This classis designed for the experienced CAD user who wants
to transfer their existing CAD knowledge to MicroStation skills.
To ease the transition to MicroStation 2004 Edition, basic drafting
and production skills are emphasized. Subjects covered range from
the initial setup of a new design file, basic drafting and organizing
production drawings, including incorporating existing data from non-MicroStation CAD products. Plotting, PDF and other output considerations
are covered. This is a great course for AutoCAD users transitioning to MicroStation.
"To be able to work on my computer with my program settings at the same time or when exercise time was allowed as well as being on a conference with others was truly beneficial. Typically in a lecture format workshop without the use of your own computer, your knowledge is somewhat depleted by the time you get to use what you learned on the program. And it was very convenient to be in my own office and not have to travel, especially with the ice storm on the last day, where I only traveled five minutes from my house to the office."
