As a SELECT Subscription user with ModernTech, you have full access to our Support Desk. Our Support Desk is available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. All incoming support calls are answered immediately. If an Applications Engineer is unavailable, your call will be logged into the tracking system and followed up within 30 minutes. If Bentley assistance is required, ModernTech will track the call assuring the fastest response possible.
