George has been with ModernTech since 1989 providing training, technical support and consulting assistance. Thousands of students, including beginners, power users and MicroStation administrators, have advanced their knowledge through George's training and consulting projects. Along with MicroStation, he is knowledgeable with Bentley's building platform application, MicroStation TriForma, and Bentley Architecture.

Amanda Noe
Civil Application Specialist

A civil engineer, Amanda has over 11 years experience in road design. Her focus centers on Bentley's civil applications including GEOPAK Road, GEOPAK Drainage, InRoads and PowerCivil. Her knowledge of Tennessee DOT standards has assisted consultant firms in meeting TDOT road design requirements. Amanda is also Bentley certified to teach MicroStation classes.

Tom Kruse
MicroStation, GEOPAK & FDOT Application Specialist

Tom is a former Florida Department of Transportation CADD Manager enabling him to provide first-hand experience to FDOT consultants. His wide range of expertise includes MicroStation, GEOPAK Site, FDOT Electronic Delivery, and FDOT Quantity Manager. Tom is also certified through Riverbed Technology on their Steelhead WAN optimization products.

Jack Ayers
GEOPAK & FDOT Application Specialist

With over 30 years with the Florida Department of Transportation, including six with the Engineering CADD Systems Office (ECSO), Jack focuses on road design and FDOT design standards. After retiring from FDOT, he served as a senior designer with an engineering consultant firm. While there, Jack was instrumental in working with FDOT’s ECSO in the support and development of the FDOT2004 software. He is the primary author for the FDOT Basic GEOPAK for Roadway Designers, FDOT Advanced GEOPAK for Roadway Designers and FDOT Quantity Manager training manuals. He also teaches FDOT Electronic Delivery.

Tracy Brooks
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer & ProjectWise Application Specialist

Tracy's IT knowledge & ProjectWise certification are a powerful combination. He has served as the primary technical lead for major ProjectWise deployments such as Space Gateway Support, NASA-Kennedy Space Center; RJ Reynolds, Winston Salem, NC; Tropicana, Bradenton, FL; and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN. He is also certified on Riverbed Technology's Steelhead WAN optimization products.

Chris McKenzie
Certified Riverbed Engineer

Chris has 20-plus years of experience in the IT industry, with extensive background in project management, network design, monitoring and support. He has spent 10-plus years as an IT consultant supporting company’s network and security needs. Experience includes Cisco, Checkpoint, Voice and Data communications. Prior to joining ModernTech, Chris has worked with companies such as NOVA Information Systems, Sony Entertainment, Pinnacle Distribution, Qwest Communications.
